- We will identify opportunities from the data wall of students who can be selected for Case Management
- We will identify the purpose and process of Walk Throughs and provide suitable times for the leadership team to visit our classes.
The Purpose of Learning Walks and Talks:
- To enhance our instruction
- To offer appropriate support for students and teachers
- To plan professional learning for individual teachers, entire staff
- To have authentic conversations with teachers
- To learn about trends and patterns throughout the school.
The Process
- The leader ‘visits’ a classroom for 3-5 minutes during learning time for the students. Without interrupting the teacher or expect a greeting from the class. (As you do this regularly this will become common practice in the school)
